This unique Lock Off Register has been developed to help control who lock offs and unlocks gas, electric, water, stored energy or compressed air in your building.
Before any type of lock-off is carried out, the contractor/employee must complete this slip. By filling it in, a permanent record is made on the register behind.
if required, the slip can then be attached to the padlock to ensure no one unauthorised or perhaps even unaware should remove the lock and switch any of the above back on. Many people use the wallets and clips shown in related items to do this.
Sold in packs of 200, this slips can be purchase with or without a reusable folding backboard.

Is this Visitor System compliant with the GDPR?
On the 25th May 2018, the UK’s Data Protection Act was superseded by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). This new piece of legislation increased the level of responsibility workplaces have in managing and storing data compliantly. Critically, in the case of visitor records, this means other visitors or staff should not be able to see who has signed in previously.
To comply with this legislation, this tear-out visitor system features a discreet sheet to conceal the names of previous visitors. This full list of names should only be seen by the responsible person in the event of a security breach or should the building be evacuated.
Like many processes under the GDPR, this product only complies if it is used correctly. We would advise that the book will need to be under supervision of at least one member of staff to ensure it is not removed or the discreet sheet lifted or torn-out. In line with the GDRP, these passes should never be left at an unmanned reception.
