1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? YOU HAD THE PRODUCT , THAT I SET OUT TO BUY. THE RACKING INSPECTION SYSTEM.
2.What did you think of the product? A VERY PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT. THAT IS WHY I ALSO BOUGHT THE OTHER TAG ITEMS.

1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? Due to GDPR requirements we required a compliant visitor sign-in book and staff sign-in/out book. SSP made this a simple process to source these requirements.
2.What did you think of the product? The products purchased from SSP are of a good quality and completely comply with GDPR requirements.
3.What did we get right? SSP made the process of branding the products with our own logos, etc. simple. The telephone service received was courteous, professional and friendly. Our order was received in a timely way.
4.What could we improve? No comment
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? Business Development Manager, Mark Hughes, was our point of contact and his assistance and professionalism was exemplary and could not be faulted. We thank him for all his assistance in preparing our orders.

2.What did you think of the product?It was perfect for what we need for our Event
3.What did we get right?The order was spot on,the sales team produced the exact sign we wanted in great time.
4.What could we improve?Just some advance notice the order was on its way,we didn’t have anyone available to tip the wagon when it arrived.

1. What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? - easy to understand website, phone call asking questions was great customer service, price very competitive.
2. What did you think of the service? EXCELLENT customer service, prompt replies, very friendly.
3. What did you think of the product? Quality control could be tighter as one sign was printed incorrectly, however saying that the other 5 were as expected. And the incorrect one was replaced without hesitation, and swiftly.
4. If it’s not a stupid question, what did you use this product for? (sorry, we just want to understand the needs of our customers better) Parking directions for a large wedding.
5. Out of 5 (with 5 being great) how would you rate us? 4.5… 5 would have been the score if I didn’t need to get a reprint. But Gwyn was very helpful and brilliant customer service.

Why SSP? Internet search
Service? Unfortunately havent fitted the product yet so cannot comment, however looks good and reasonable price.
Product? I chose the product as due to MS my husband has difficulty getting to and opening the front door.
Rating? 5, Next day delivery. Requested VAT exemption and sorted straight away with no hassle.

1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? – We were looking for a reception signing book and yours was the best value/looking one we could find which had replaceable pages.
2. What did you think of the service? – Excellent – the sales person was very helpful and friendly.
3. What did you think of the product? – Good quality and does exactly was it says on the tin!
4. We are currently re-developing our website, what improvements (if any) would you like to see? – Haven’t looked at it that closely. It was easy to find what I wanted if that helps.
5. Do you think that having the option to pay through PayPal would be useful? – I wouldn’t use it as my company doesn’t use pay pal. I would imagine that most of your customers are businesses and wouldn’t have one either.
6. Out of 5 (with 5 being great) how would you rate us? - 5. One of the reasons I give you this is because the item you sent was faulty and was replaced very quickly.

1. The service was very quick, efficient and the delivery was excellent being the next day.
2. The product was just what we were looking for. Nothing too complicated and something quick and easy to follow. However, should we have wanted something more detailed, there was plenty of choice for us.
3. The website was very easy to use and follow and the product on the website was well detailed.
