I chose SSP because I have your Catalogue.
The product was exactly what we ordered and described online.
Next day delivery was spot on, considering the current climate.
There is nothing to improve a great service.

I chose to purchase from you because you as a supplier could provide the product I required at an acceptable price. The product was what I required. I appreciated the next day delivery idea. and that was a point in your favour when I was comparing potential suppliers - however something went wrong in my case and the item was not delivered the next day. Perhaps it was the delivery system used? It was not a time-critical purchase in my situation, but I can see how it might be for others.
That was the only negative - if you make a positive statement such as next day delivery, if it does not happen it can be an issue to a customer who expected the item, and perhaps made plans around receiving it.
Regards,
SSP Reply: Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I have traced your parcel and I can see that we received your order at 13.05, this was processed, picked, packed and on the courier by 16.19 the same day. As you can see from the tracking attached it looks like there was a delay at one of DPD’s hubs on this occasion, which is out of our control. I do apologise for the slight delay in receiving your item on this occasion and hope that you come back to us again.
