I received the Visitor Passes this morning and they look great thanks. Thanks again for your assistance, clear communication and swift turnaround. I’ll be using SSP again for the next print run. I’ve also had a look at what else SSP offers and will keep you in mind for future.

2.What did you think of the product? Boss is happy so I’m happy!
3.What did we get right? Very efficient and quick (we had put an order with another local company first as they were slightly cheaper but they had terrible response time and even worse customer service skills)
4.What could we improve? Nothing comes to mind
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? I think I only dealt with Mark and he was efficient, professional and responded promptly. He made it a very easy experience.

1.What made you choose to buy these products from SSP? Recommended by our safeguarding officer
2.What did you think of the product? The product covers what we need for a safeguarding point of view with visitors and is well produced the only down side is we have so many visitors we use a lot of sheets and it becomes very costly.
3.What did we get right? Always excellent service, quick and efficient!

Mark Hughes, Business Development Manager, I have emailed on many occasions for assistance and he has been wonderful, quick responses and gets the information I need and the goods ordered with very little fuss – great service!

The customer service I received when ordering are signing in sheets was really good, it was a fast delivery after the order had gone through. Mark Hughes and Mike was the contacts I dealt with and they responded really quickly to any queries and placed the order efficiently.

I tend to forget the names of the people who answer the phone and take the orders, but for your Team Meetings I have always met good customer service from your colleagues and they are always helpful to me.

3.What did we get right? No… the order was correct but the pickers only sent one visitor book instead of three. Also the new visitor badges were in two packs, 00001 – 2000 in both. We needed a continuous number form 0001 – 4000. Gwyn is sorting this for us.
4.What could we improve? Apart from above nothing
5. Is there anybody that you have dealt with that deserves a special mention in our team meeting? Gwyn has been very helpful and assisted me in getting the right products ordered. All problems handled well.

1. What made you choose to buy these products from SSP?
Search on Google for simple to use passes, your product fitted our current needs
2. What did you think of the service?
Apart from the initial hiccup with the loss of our order, the service from that point was very good with swift turnaround of sample templates and changes requested.
3. What did you think of the product?
The product has greatly simplified and speeded up our signing process, however on hindsight it would have been helpful to request ‘date in’ and ‘date out’ columns on the pass book as we often have contractors on site for extended period during school holiday. This means that having to issue new passes daily we will go through supplies of passes quicker that previously.
We have also discovered that the holes punched in the sheets including the backing sheet do not line up with normal ringer binders so we need to re-punch to file the backing sheets for record keeping requirements as the folder is not deep enough to store more than a small amount of used backing record sheets

1. What made you choose to buy these products from SSP?
Combination of Google search and seeing the product used at a different school.
2. What did you think of the service?
Very good. I liked the fact that people responded to my emails and phone calls even when someone was out of the office. The proofs arrived promptly which speeded up the whole process.
3. What did you think of the product?
Good quality product, neatly packaged and swiftly delivered. I’ll be interested in how our Office staff find getting visitors to use it after half term.
4. Out of 5 (with 5 being great) how would you rate us?
So far, 5/5 with the website 3/5.
5. Overall, how do you feel we could improve as a business?
The website is too cluttered and busy. There are so many products advertised and so many options within each product range. I think that from a first time visitor’s perspective it can be a little overwhelming. A neater website with far fewer menus and sub-menus and fewer thumbnail images could be better. In terms of the visitors’ book, it was quite difficult to actually see (online) how it would operate as the images of it were displayed separately. A short video of someone signing in, tearing off, folding and placing in the pass holder may be clearer.
